Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Under what circumstances can I return or exchange a product?
If it is the quality problem of the wig itself, or we have sent the wrong product, we will accept returns.
Due to the light, the color of our wig pictures will be slightly different from the actual color. If you are not satisfied with the color after you get the package, we will not allow returns or exchanges. So please think about it before placing an order, you can contact our customer service to see the real photos of the wig.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be backed to the original payment account.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. If it is our reason, the goods have quality problems, the original shipping fee will be borne by us.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Cancel shipping order
If you cancel the order while the package has been shipped out or is being shipped to the destination, please contact us, and refuse to accept the package. We will refund your payment after deducting the shipping cost. Once the package starts to be returned, it will be refunded immediately.
